The center also helps clients in a variety of ways such as:
Filling out necessary forms for schooling, camping, and access to other community services such as WIC. Please allow 24 hours for processing such forms which may be picked up from the Center.
Phoning in prescription request and/or refills to pharmacies designated by parents/guardians
Prior to each visit, make sure that your insurance is active. Patients with inactive insurance will be responsible for bills incurred.
Please notify our office of any change of address and/or telephone number.
As a vital service to the community, Valley Children's Medical Center promotes early literacy through its participation in Reach Out and Read (ROR) program. It provides books to children six months of age and beyond.
Reach Out and Read (ROR) is a national non-profit organization that promotes early literacy by giving new books to children and advice to parents about the importance of reading.
