Frequently Asked Questions
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes! New patients are always welcome! However, we ask that you call the office and make an appointment before coming.
Do you accept walk-ins?
In order to serve all our patients better, everyone is seen by appointment only. In this way, we keep wait times for everybody to a minimum. If you call before coming, we may be able to place you in the schedule for the day.
Can the pediatrician see my child the day she gets sick and needs to be seen?
Yes! Though we do not encourage walk-ins, we are committed to caring for your child on the day you call if your child needs to be seen. Sometimes this may not be possible, but we will strive to accommodate your child if she is sick. Again, please call us and we will advise you on the best course of action for your child.
What are your office hours?
We are open from 8am to 6 pm Monday to Friday. The office is closed on weekends. Please call in advance to make an appointment and verify our hours.
